Jason & Laura – Feb. 6, 2011 – Woodland Hills Country Club Wedding

Jason and Laura got married on Superbowl Sunday.  There were no footballs, no loud cheers from the back, and the appetizers weren’t wings and dips.  This was Jason and Laura’s wedding, and nobody else cared about anything else.  Arriving at the Woodland Hills Country Club, I could already see that this was a beautiful location.  Lots of green grass, beautiful ballroom with a huge bar, and a stage.  Now ontop of this stage, was my favorite, cupcakes!!  With makeup and hair underway, I took photos of the dress and shoes as usual.  With a first look planned, we not only had plenty of time for fun photos afterwards, but got all of the family portraits done before the wedding.  This is my ideal situation for my couples as it’s so nice to get 45 minutes of portraits done after the ceremony while everyone is doing cocktail hour.  We rode down in golf carts, walked across bridges, watched the sunset, and had a good time around their beautiful grounds.  The reception was getting underway and awesome times were had by all.  At one point, Jason was even wearing a burger king hat, which I have no clue where he got it.  With the Jewish traditions of the Challah, Ketubah signing, and blessings by the grandparents, the night continued throughout with fun dancing, awesome music, and a lot of laughs.

Thanks to Jason and Laura for an awesome wedding.  A Touchdown for sure.
