Anna & Drew started the day off with a beautiful tea ceremony at their home. With family and friends to witness the event, it was a feast and an occasion. The dim sum was amazing along with a homemade soup that relatives had made. After some tea and traditional ceremonies, we headed off to Brea/Fullerton for the ceremony and reception. The Summit House dinner club sits on the hills above the city with beautiful views and amazing prime rib. This outside ceremony site has a very nice gazebo and tree lines, as the misty rain crept up on our timeline.
The ceremony took place as tears of joy and happiness filled the area. Just then with perfect timing, rain began to show up, so we quickly headed back into the reception area. Not a moment too soon, but we still managed to capture a few photos outside. On top of that, the Summit House staff had a personal waiter follow the wedding party around with drinks, appetizers, and his full attention. That was awesome as I had never seen that attention to detail before. The reception was amazing, with friends and family signing a print and guestbook. A tasty looking cake sat surrounded by flowers and photobooth in the back was in full motion. The games that followed as the reception started had me floored. There were some really funny ones along with some that made your jaw drop. There were some competitive guests, and it made for all the better photos and fun. After an 8 hour day, you could tell everyone was still having a blast. Thanks to both Anna and Drew for a wonderful event and day.
