2016 Year in Review, Bring on 2017 – Happy New Years – Nathan Nowack Photography

December 30, 2016 Family, Other, Personal Work, Portraits, Weddings

Every year around New Years Eve I think to myself, where did the year go?!?  This 2016 calendar year has gone so quickly that I wanted to write a post and reflect on the past events that have happened in 2016.  For some, 2016 was an amazing year filled with love, new life, new ventures and lots of fun exploration.  While for others it was a horrible train wreck fiasco that continued to get worse and ended with something they never saw coming.  With the death of family members, friends, celebrities and musicians, we also have to remember that there was new life too.  Not only did I welcome my first born son, but many more friends of mine welcomed their new children into this world as well as announced pregnancies, adoptions, and 2nd and 3rd children.  And we can’t forgot about why my website is even here, for the millions of amazing weddings that took place across the world and the ones I had the pleasure of attending and capturing.  What an honor it was by so many amazing clients of mine to trust me with their special day and share their story with me.

Beautiful Laguna Hills Ceremony & Reception – Crossline Community Church Wedding – Orange County Wedding Photographer

February 8, 2016 Weddings

Grace and Steve got married at the amazing Crossline Community Church in Laguna Hills, Orange County California.  With a very contemporary landscape and beautiful interior, this was a photographers playground for multiple locations to capture their wedding party and awesome wedding day events.  Starting out at the Hills Hotel, we captured the getting ready portion of the morning.  This is always fun to capture wedding details and behind the scenes of the preparation that always happens before the ceremonies begin.  Then with their closest friends and family, it was a touching and fun wedding for the rest of the day with lots of dancing, amazing food, and lots of love.  Congrats you both, it was truly a pleasure!

Beautiful San Clemente Historic Cottage Wedding and State Beach Park – Aimee & Steven

July 17, 2015 Weddings

Below is a beautiful wedding on the cliffs of San Clemente State Park at their historic cottage.  With beautiful sunset views, sandy beaches below, and a great outdoor park vibe, this was the perfect setting for Aimee and Steven’s wedding this year. With an intimate group of friends and family, I was a blast to capture their awesome union in Orange County filled with sunflowers, smores station, photobooth, and lots of dancing.  Also a very cute moment of doing a First Touch instead of a First Look was an awesome change that still felt very romantic and cute.  It was my pleasure to get to know these two and I wish you both the best.
